The Armstrong Warranty
Armstrong design and manufacture the strongest, most durable Foils on the market.
Not only do we take the foil experience to a whole new level, our warranty is also market leading.
We do not cover impact damage of any sort.
We do not cover UV damage, please understand that UV rays and excessive heat can damage the carbon foil, keep it out of direct sunlight and always use the covers provided to protect the foil from the sun and knocks/bangs.
All claims must be accompanied with a clear explanation and clear dated photographs of the parts in question.
Armstrong Foils reserves the right to determine if a product will be covered under warranty once all the documentation has been received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In the case that you have processed a payment to Armstrong Foils, but have not yet received the goods. Refunds can be made, but any bank or credit card processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com and send your item to: 13 Park Drive, Raglan, Waikato 3225, New Zealand.
99% of deliveries are trouble free. Armstrong do not offer refunds due to customs clearance issues. We will assist in every way possible, but cannot accept a cancelled order if your customs port imposses delays or extra charges on product purchased.
