The Armstrong Warranty
Not only do we take the foil experience to a whole new level, our warranty is also market leading.
Armstrong offers a full 12 month parts replacement warranty against manufacturing or material defect.
We have no rider weight restrictions and you are covered to ride our foils in the Surf, behind a boat or under a kite.
We do not cover impact damage of any sort. 
We do not cover UV damage, please understand that UV rays and excessive heat can damage the carbon foil, keep it out of direct sunlight and always use the covers provided to protect the foil from the sun and knocks/bangs.
 
All claims must be accompanied with a clear explanation and clear dated photographs of the parts in question.
Armstrong Foils reserves the right to determine if a product will be covered under warranty once all the documentation has been received. 
The owner is responsible for all associated shipping charges.
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In the case that you have processed a payment to Armstrong Foils, but have not yet received the goods. Refunds can be made, but any bank or credit card processing fees will be deducted from the refund. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@armstrongfoils.com and send your item to: 13 Park Drive, Raglan, Waikato 3225, New Zealand.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 13 Park Drive, Raglan, Waikato 3225, New Zealand. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
